Kyle Sisk Joins the Blogosphere

Kyle Sisk, the former fundraiser for corrupt former speaker of the House Larry Householder and Supreme Court Chief Justice longshot candidate Jim Petro, has joined the blogosphere. His website is: http://kylesisk.typepad.com/

He appears to be completely out of the fundraising business. He also has some advice for fundraising that candidates may find useful, but he sounds very bitter.

Come on Matt, let the governor’s race in 2006 go!

Kyle Sisk actually has a lot of good reasons to be bitter, regardless of how many enemies he made over the years.

Sadly, he’s right about the kind of committment it makes for a candidate to raise money and he’s also right about the unwillingness of virtually all candidates to do it.

And by the way, his vivid descriptions of a lot of Republican contributors in those old memos (wimps and other terms) were right on the money. That’s why our side can’t respond effectively to the brutal assaults on Palin, the lies about Obama’s economic “plan”, and get across the message about the role the Democrats played at all levels in the Wall Street mess.

There are a lot of Republicans who don’t deserve what’s coming with an Obama victory, but there are a lot of tight-fisted Republican businessmen who won’t give to candidates or independent expenditure groups who deserve something much worse than what they’re probably going to get.

I for one won’t feel any sympathy for them. In fact, my reaction will be that they got what was coming to them - and they deserve every bit of it.
