The first call was from someone claiming to be a Fox News reporter, who asked Jonathan to fly out to New York to talk about what he did to Obama. Jonathan had been sound asleep after working a double shift at MGI Distribution and hadn’t yet heard of the incident.
He groggily asked the reporter what he was talking about. The reporter said, “You know what you did,” and hung up.
The calls have started to subside, but Jonathan, an undecided voter, just wants the harassment to stop.
“I really don’t appreciate it,” he said. “I did nothing wrong.”
Jonathan said he isn’t related to the heckler Quinn and doesn’t know him.
The blogs have since removed Jonathan’s number. Tim Russo of the Web site Blogger Interrupted declined to comment.
Eric Vessels, whose blog is Plunderbund, apologized for the mistake, but defended posting what he thought was the photographer’s number.
“I want people to think before they do these kinds of disruptions,” he said. “I don’t intend people to call and harass. I don’t ever ask them to do that.”
Importuning blogger Tim Russo’s number is (216) 702-4046. I don’t have Eric’s, but his email is eric.vessels@gmail.com. But they should be absoutely ashamed of themselves and held legally liable for harassing Jonathan. Eric knows EXACTLY why bloggers would post someone’s home phone number online. What a couple of morons!

first of all, dude was a security threat. he made himself one. that makes his address fair game.

Sex offender gets death sentence

(CNN)- A sex offender convicted for the torture and murder of a 9-year-old Idaho boy was sentenced to death Wednesday, federal prosecutors said.
Joseph Edward Duncan III was sentenced for the 2005 slaying of Dylan Groene. Duncan was accused of kidnaping Groene and his then 8-year-old sister, torturing them at a remote campsite after fatally bludgeoning members of the children’s family, authorities said.
The disappearance of the Groene children in 2005 triggered a nationwide search. The girl was found with Duncan at a restaurant when he was arrested. Groene’s remains were found two days later in the Lolo National Forest in western Montana.
